We source ingredients of the same quality—if not better—than what you would buy for your own home.

INGREDIENTS WE USE

Proteins

Focused on sourcing locally-produced, grass-fed, or organic beef products.

Chicken products are sourced from Amish Gerber Farms.

Eggs are pasture-raised, organic or cage-free.

We select quality suppliers who raise their animals humanely in low-stress environments, free of antibiotics

Oils

Our dressings and marinades use organic, cold-pressed or expeller pressed, unrefined imported olive oil.

Additional oils used may include coconut oil, sesame oil, & avocado oil.

We will never use highly refined, canola, or partially hydrogenated vegetable oils.

Dairy

Milk & butter will always be grass-fed or organic.

We work with Kirkland or Kerrygold grass-fed butter and Horizon & Organic Valley milks and creams.

Cheeses will never contain synthetic additives, preservatives, or artificial colors

Produce

All fruits & vegetables are purchased organic, when possible.

When organic produce is unavailable or when shopping locally, Prep Club utilizes research regarding the Clean 15 & Dirty Dozen.

Grains & Seeds

We purchase organic artisan grains whenever possible with no additional additives.

We source nuts, seeds, and nut butters with no added ingredients, sugar, or palm oil. We roast them ourselves for maximum freshness.
